Damaged Goods

If the package looks damaged, inspect the package for damage before signing for the delivery.

If the package is damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing.  If the package is damaged to an extent the merchandise may be damaged, refuse delivery and call our Customer Service at 1-740-420-6024.  If you find an item damaged after delivery, retain shipping carton and all packing material and call NewtsGames.com immediately.

Damaged goods may only be returned and exchanged for the same item.  To get an "exchange number" please click on "Exchange Request" located on the right hand side of this page.
