Exchange Policy

The liability of Newt's Games & Playing Cards for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to exchange of the product or a store credit of the purchase price or at our option, repair or replacement of the product (s). Newt's Games & Playing Cards shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Prices subject to change.

Newt's "Simple" Return Policy:

- Exchange or store credit only within 30 days of purchase on all playing cards/books.

- Exchange only within 15 days of purchase on all shufflers, card trays and accessories.

- No cash refunds

- Discounted merchandise is Non-Returnable

- Opened items may only be exchanged for same item.

Newt's Games & Playing Cards strives to exceed our customers' expectations in all regards. Please be sure that the product you order is the product you want.

If, however, when you receive your order, it is either damaged, defective, or misspelled (our error), you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt store credit, or exchange.   YOU MUST LET US KNOW WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS after the package was delivered.

If you need to return an item for exchange or a store credit simply fill out the form on this site for an Exchange Authorization # to return it.  Once you receive your authorization just pack the items to return in the original shipping carton(s) and with any original tags attached.  Make sure no seals are torn or open.

Write the Exchange # (or RMA Number) clearly on the outside of the box, along with your name and return address. If we receive a box without the RA number posted on the outside of the box, the delivery will be refused.

Shipping charges must be prepaid. (Items shipped  C.O.D. will not be accepted.). We recommend that you insure the item when shipping.

Upon the receiving of your return, we will either exchange your item or issue you a store credit, excluding shipping costs.

International Returns: The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax and insurance for replacements.

Custom-produced playing cards are only able to be exchanged for another deck of photo playing cards. 

Exchange or store credit is available on returned items.

Discontinued items are not returnable.
