Your Newt's Games & Playing Cards Product Replacement Plan (PRP) provides comprehensive coverage and easy fulfillment from day one, offering full replacement & return shipping of covered products.

We don't fix it—we replace it!
Under the normal manufacturers warranty, your item may be repaired or replaced.  Under this plan your item is replaced!  The way we do this is we give you a Newt's Games & Playing Cards Gift Certificate so you can choose your own product replacement. 

Full Replacement!
You get comprehensive coverage, with no deductibles or other hidden charges.  If your product is found defective under normal usage, we will provide for a replacement for up to 45 days after your package was delivered.

Return Shipping Credit!
Upon receipt of your product we will also credit your gift certificate the freight amount of normal, ground service to Newt's.  This would be like a "mega-store" paying you gas money to bring something back to them!!

What if I throw my item off the tallest building in New York?
Sorry, this plan only covers defects that happen under "normal usage."  So unless you are Spiderman, you really shouldn't have your shuffler or item on top any building.

Do you offer this plan for all of your products?
This plan is only offered on selective electronic items. 

Why do you give a gift card, instead of just shipping the same item?
We have found that some folks may want to add an item or just change items.  The gift card keeps you in control.
