Return or Exchange Policy

The liability of Newt's Games & Playing Cards for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to exchange of the product or a store credit of the purchase price or at our option, repair or replacement of the product (s). Newt's Games & Playing Cards shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Prices subject to change.

Return Policy within United States
Where a product has been opened, used and or tested, and the product is not faulty a refund cannot be given. Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind purchases, however we happily exchange for incorrectly supplied products if a product is unopened, undamaged and in its original condition.

Buyers must provide the return shipping cost for exchange. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Any products which are found to be faulty are eligible for a full refund. Any product for refund/exchange must be received within 14 days of original delivery. All products being returned must be securely packed to ensure the package is fully protected. NewtsGames.com will not be responsible for packaging negligence unless the item/s being returned was originally damaged.

No refund, exchange or return policy applies to special offers, clearance offers or sale items.

If you need to return goods to us, please follow these steps;

1)  Contact us to request a product return and/or refund.  We will then give you a RA# that must be put on the package.
2)  Pack and seal the item/s in their original shipping package and post it back to us.
3)  Provided that we receive the products in their original UNUSED and UNOPENED condition, we will arrange for the original purchase price (excluding the original delivery fee) to be refunded to the original credit card or PayPal account. Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods for the refund to be processed.

If your order is returned to our office due to the supply of incorrect address, or it has not been collected from your local post office in time and it is returned to us, the customer is liable for any re-postage fees.

PLEASE NOTE:  Shipping charges are non-refundable because it is a separate service provided by the shipping carrier (or a 3rd party) to deliver the product(s) you purchased from our company and as a result we cannot refund the shipping charges for services rendered by another company and that we already paid on your behalf.

 

International Return Policy
Unfortunately, we do not offer a return policy for internationally shipped goods. Please be very specific in what you order as refunds and exchanges are not given. Once an order is shipped with a carrier, NewtsGames.com is not responsible for any damage or loss. We are also NOT responsible for taxes, duties, or clearance delays. Please check with your local customs office to ensure your order complies with local customs regulations. Please see the International Customers page for more information on international shipping.

If you have received your product and it is damaged please fill out our damage request form and we will get the product replaced for you.

If you need to return an item for any reason simply fill out the form on this site for an Exchange Authorization # to return it.  Once you receive your authorization just pack the items to return in the original shipping carton(s) and with any original tags attached.  Make sure no seals are torn or open.

Write the Exchange # (or RMA Number) clearly on the outside of the box, along with your name and return address. If we receive a box without the RA number posted on the outside of the box, the delivery will be refused.

Upon the receiving of your return, we will either exchange your item or issue you a store credit or a refund, excluding shipping costs.  Please send it to the address on your packing slip.

Discontinued items are not returnable.
