Plastic playing cards, such as Da Vinci playing cards, are designed to last up to 100 times longer than traditional paper playing cards and are all but immune to all of the above maladies. On top of being resistant to damage that can result in having marked cards, Da Vinci cards are also washable, meaning that a properly cared for deck of Da Vinci playing cards can last a lifetime.

Da Vinci cards crack too easy. They are too brittle.
