Why Do We Track or Trace Our Shuffler Manufacturer?
We have selling card shufflers for quite a few years now.  Over the years we have learned that some of the manufacturers in China don't give a hoot as to what kind of quality they put out as long as they can sell it.  So we are now requiring the manufacturer to trace the shufflers through a "Lot #" so if we have any issues we can track where the problem is coming from and fix it.  We're not saying that we have no defects, but we will say that we have practically eliminated them!  Should something happen to not work properly just fill out the defective request form and we'll get you taken care of.

Why Do We Insure All Packages We Ship?
Bottom line, when an electronic items ships via UPS, FedEx, USPS or any carrier the package will be dropped on belts, tossed into trucks and more.  While we do work hard to limit potential damage from the shipping company it does sometimes happen.  Should something happen just fill out the damage request form and we'll get you taken care of.
